Shred - O - Matic
Tried to build this a few years ago and ran out of time.
My daughters old wagon, a large ice chest and some chunks of foam form the main body.
The rest is a pump in the garbage can, some flexible aluminum hosing and a lot of red food dye. Add a couple of legs, a pair of pants and some shoes being pushed in by the scarecrow and you're set.
A video below shows the pump in action and you're able to hear the water splashing. Be warned, if you're using a dial-up connection, the video is going to take a while to load.
