Witches
Nothing much to them. Just a couple of wooden frames dressed up.
The mask in the taller witches hand was supposed to hide the fact that I was out of gloves to make hands with and to look like a severed head. Instead, folks thought that since the smaller once had only a skeletal face that the big one had ripped the face right off her. I didn't bother to clarify as it was better if they drew their own opinions.
The bristles for the broom is actually the scarecrow costumes hat. I needed a broom so I turned the hat inside out, folded it over and screwed it to a paint roller extension handle. It did the trick.
