October 21st - The Bird Bath
So I'm in Ace Hardware the other day when I spy this bird bath. Since my mind races in about a thousand directions at once I thought that maybe I needed to play with one to calm me down. That said, I bought it. Of course I didn't do any of the actual work on it myself. I was the technical director while Jeff whipped it into shape.
By the time I had him done with it we'd turned it into a ground-breaker prop as well. I had him set it up right out along the fence so the visibility was high. Folks liked it but found it odd that the water was dyed red and there were bones floating in it. Oh well. There's just no pleasing some folks.
